"I love these! They are beautiful, moving. They are like poetry." I met Elizabeth Avedon last week in Houston at Fotofest. She was most charming and passionate about photography. She said she saw spirits in my work and photographed a few of her favorites including A Crack in the World 7 (crop) (left). Avedon wrote in L'Oeil de la Photographie, "Barbara Kyne's series A Crack in the World gives us a glimpse into a magical world just out of reach except in these magical images."
